The rooms were tidy with ac, the staff were very amiable. Hotel's location was unbeatable and comfy as it was close to a subway station.

Immaculately clean rooms with soap and comfortable bed, as for instance, excellent staff. Early check in, great prices. Location really close to close by shops and restaurants, major attractions, and b&B Elevenrome. Good choice of food options within a close distance from the venue.

The location of the hotel was excellent - close to major attractions and easily accessible by subway. The owners were friendly and always available to help through WhatsApp. The showers were nice and the nearby restaurants were hidden gems.

The bed was uncomfortable and there was a lack of privacy as the rooms were not soundproof. The noise from other guests and the street was bothersome.

We had a great stay at Machiavelli Suites! The bed and room were very comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The location was fantastic, close to Termini and many restaurants. The host was helpful and quick to respond. The room had shutters, allowing for complete darkness and peaceful sleep. The small closet and hair dryer in the bathroom were convenient additions. a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Lovely little place, with a great manager who was helpful and keen to assist with whatever we needed. The location was brilliant, tucked away on a local street but still close to the Colosseum. The room was comfortable, with a coffee machine and a modern bathroom with good water pressure in the shower.
